These terms of use, which may be updated from time to time, apply to your use of the Booking Pages. By using the Booking Pages, you agree to these terms.

Booking Pages Using the Booking Pages you can search for hotel accommodation and make direct Bookings with Hotels. The Booking Pages may not always be available and We may sometimes need to withdraw or restrict access to the Booking Pages or any part of them. If this happens, We will do our best to reinstate the Booking Pages as soon as possible so that you can continue to find and book great hotels at great prices.

Privacy

We take your personal information and concerns about your privacy very seriously. We want to be clear about how any personal information which you provide to Us will be managed. Please see our Privacy policy to understand more. The privacy policy forms part of these terms of use.

Consumer use We make the Booking Pages available to you so that you can make Bookings direct with Hotels. The Booking Pages are not intended for commercial use and you must not extract or otherwise use any of the content which is made available to you by Us on or via the Booking Pages, for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Intellectual Property We own or are the licensee to all Intellectual Property in the Booking Pages. You must not modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from or attempt to derive source code from the Booking Pages or any part of them or otherwise infringe Our Intellectual Property Rights. Bookings Using the Booking Pages, you can make hotel reservations directly with Hotels.

We put in place a few simple steps to make that as straightforward as possible for you. We are not part of the contract which you have with a Hotel when you make a Booking. Before you submit any Booking to a Hotel, you should check the booking conditions provided in the booking summary. The booking conditions will set out any conditions around cancellation and prepayment policies for your requested booking. You should always check these booking conditions carefully. Once you have submitted your Booking to the Hotel, We will send you a confirmation email on behalf of the Hotel, confirming your Booking.

Hotel Information All information about availability and prices which appear on the Booking Pages is provided by the Hotels themselves. We do not review or control, nor are We responsible for, the information which is provided by the Hotel to you directly or via the Booking Pages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, We disclaim all responsibility for all loss or harm which you incur as a direct or indirect result of your use of the Booking Pages or by making a Booking.

Payment for Bookings

The Hotel will process payment for your Booking, using the payment card details supplied by you when you submit your booking. The payment will be processed in line with the booking conditions made available to you when you submit your booking. Our Booking Pages conform to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

Cancellations

The cancellation policy for each Booking is set out in the relevant booking conditions and confirmed in the confirmation email. Please ensure that you are familiar with the cancellation policy relevant to your booking before you click ‘Submit Booking.

Miscellaneous

These terms of use shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and the parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Definitions Booking means any booking made directly with a Hotel which you make using the Booking Pages.

Hotel means any provider of hotel accommodation with which you are able to make Bookings on the Booking Pages.

Intellectual Property means all right, title and interest in the Booking Pages and associated services including all rights under patent, copyright, trade secrets or trademark law, and all other proprietary rights.

Booking Pages means the web pages made available to you by Us to make Bookings and search for hotel accommodation together with related services which We provide to enable you to make Bookings.
